Galway Spirits bring to life true handcrafted small-batch artisan spirits of distinguished character. Our distiller produces honest and innovative master blends of whiskey, rye, bourbon, gin, and specialty vodkas. Authentic, uncompromising, and never rushed — each is timelessly classic and uniquely modern.

For nearly 50 years, the majestic oaks, pristine vistas, and lush paddocks of Galway Downs have been intrinsic to the story and the spirit of the rolling hills that compose the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Steeped in history, the legendary equestrian and events center has provided the backdrop for countless weddings, celebrations, and equine competitions. Ken Smith stepped forward in 2010, determined to write the next chapter in Galway Downs’ storied history while growing its abundant legacy. As he walked among the sycamore and oaks dotting the property, the spirit of the land inspired a vision that led Ken to create a new craft distillery that embodies the essence, beauty, and grace of Galway Downs.
